Trees Abstract - Slow Shutter Speeds

Working with slow shutters speeds and panning the camera upward to create this soft look to the trees. Shutter speed was 1/6th of a second with an aperture at f:22.  With the shutter too much slower the images does not create the look I wanted.

Steam and Frost

Steam rises from an open section along the Chena River in Fairbanks Alaska.  The trees glisten with frost and lights the landscape with a wondrous glow.

Branches and Frost

The frost coated branches.  The cold snap continues to hold the frost in the trees in the interior of Alaska, giving the landscape a wonderful white coating of snow and frost.
